  • The University of East Anglia pCO2 system is now on the M/V Santa Maria because the M/V Santa Lucia changed her route.
  • The Germany-North America line is now running. The underway pCO2 system is working and samples are being collected for nutrients, chlorophyll, dissolved organic carbon and carbon isotopes.
  • CO2 measurements have started on board the M/V Santa Lucia sailing from Portsmouth (UK) to Windward Islands (Caribbean) and back. The travel diary can be found on the fieldwork page of the UEA'sLaboratory for Global Marine and Atmospheric Chemistry (LGMAC) website.
  • Results from the October-November 2000 (Ficaram 1) and March-April 2001 (Ficaram 2) cruises are shown in the seasonal variability section.
